In 2022, Adam Guthridge was working with commercial real estate developers and brokers across Perth and noticed something that seemed obvious in hindsight: while residential agents were using virtual tours, drone footage, and digital marketing to sell $500K apartments, commercial brokers were still emailing 80-page PDFs to sell $50M industrial estates.
The technology existed. The need was clear. The market was ready. Vision Pitch was born to fill that gap — creating the Interactive OM™ as a new category in commercial real estate marketing.

Adam founded Vision Pitch after identifying a critical gap in the CRE market: while residential real estate had embraced digital marketing, CRE were still relying on static PDFs. With a background in commercial real estate marketing and technology, Adam built Vision Pitch to bridge that gap creating the Interactive OM™ category in APAC and expanding into North America.

Ivan leads all technology development at Vision Pitch, architecting the platform that powers every Interactive OM. His engineering expertise spans 3D web rendering, geospatial mapping, and real-time analytics — the core technologies that differentiate Vision Pitch from any static alternative.

Runnesa oversees the delivery of every Interactive OM from briefing to launch. Her meticulous project management ensures that complex, multi-asset campaigns are delivered on time, on brief, and to the highest standard keeping clients informed at every step.

Reece manages Vision Pitch's relationships with Australia's leading commercial real estate agencies including CBRE, Colliers, Knight Frank, and Cushman & Wakefield. His deep understanding of the agency world ensures every Interactive OM is built to meet the exacting standards of institutional-grade campaigns.

Michelle brings extensive project management experience from the construction industry, where she coordinated large-scale commercial and residential builds across multiple US markets. Now leading Vision Pitch's US operations, she bridges the gap between CRE developers, brokers, and the Vision Pitch Interactive OM's ensuring seamless delivery for North American clients.
